The Granite YMCA is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to deliver high-quality swim lessons to our members. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching water safety skills and promoting a lifelong love of swimming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swim lessons to small groups of children and adults, following the YMCA swim lesson curriculum
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with members, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, teaching swim lessons, or being on a swim team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekday afternoons and weekend mornings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
