Requirements:

  • Insurance Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Licensing: 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 Florida P&C License.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Task Management: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and properly using technology systems.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required; must maintain a valid motor vehicle license and insurance coverage.
