Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD. The successful candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
  • Modify, move, and install new equipment
  • Perform technical tasks and provide site support
  • Perform integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems
  • Interface with our Tier 2 technical support team and our Availability Management team to escalate any issues that require additional assistance to resolve
  • Perform Data Transfer Agent requests to transfer files between networks
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
  • Must meet contract level requirements for appropriate position
