We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator who will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

This role will require the ability to manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SSH, event logging, and detailed documentation.

They will also have the ability to accurately understand and execute scripts, as well as provide excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage LINUX, UNIX, and Windows operating systems
  • Install/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components
  • Implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Systems Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • CWIP Certification (IAT Level 1) is required
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
  • US citizenship is required
