We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at SupremeX. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and problem resolution
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, including their buyer, business, needs, priorities, competition, and more
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • College or university degree preferred, ideally in a field such as business, sales, or marketing
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
