Home Health Care Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in Elk Mills, Maryland.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work on a full-time basis, providing home health visits to our clients in Cecil County. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality home health care services to clients, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
