Job Title: Full-time Registered Nurse in Home Health Care

ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Outpatient Infusion Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments, implanted port flushes, and lab draws. You will also be responsible for cancer treatment-related assessments and education. Responsibilities:
  • Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments, implanted port flushes, and lab draws
  • Conduct cancer treatment-related assessments and provide education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Two years of nursing experience, with a focus on oncology care
  • Advanced nursing degree or certification as an Oncology Nurse (OCN) by the Oncology Nursing Society
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
