About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Geomatics to join our team at LandTech Consultants. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our geomatics department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of survey staff members to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and precision in our work
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Contribute to business development and project estimating efforts to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the geomatics industry, with 3 years in a supervisory position
  • Professional Land Surveyors license in Massachusetts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and field calculations
  • Familiarity with laser scanning/lidar, UAV data collection, and/or GIS is a plus
