We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Pinnacle Health Services. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust and polish surfaces thoroughly to ensure a high level of cleanliness
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash and clean sinks, toilets, and washbasins to maintain a high level of hygiene
  • Wipe and polish mirrors, shelving, and fixtures to maintain a clean and polished appearance
  • Clean glass interior and exterior to ensure a clear view
  • Fill all paper and soap dispensers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Monitor the front and side of the building, including all entranceways, for cleanliness and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Clean and properly put away working materials upon completion of work, ensuring storage areas are locked and secure when not in use
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to all customers, staff, property management, and visitors
  • Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require more intensive cleaning to the Office, Site Supervisor, or Manager
  • Adhere to all company and site policies and procedures and report any safety hazards to the supervisor
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Uniform shirts are provided and must be worn during work hours
  • Able to follow spoken and written instructions and work without direct supervision
  • Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required
  • Reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional
  • Able to multi-task work, perform well under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. frequently
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus
