Job Title: Risk Consultant IV - Loss Prevention

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Risk Consultant IV - Loss Prevention to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will provide expert advice and risk management support to our law firm clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide risk management support to law firm clients, including research and analysis of professional responsibility, professional liability, and loss prevention issues.
  • Develop strategic relationships with law firm leadership and participate in presentations to prospective clients.
  • Write articles, bulletins, and thought leadership pieces on current loss prevention and professional liability topics.
  • Analyze and track claims data for professional liability, employment practices liability, and cyber claims.
  • Manage client inquiries and prepare biannual updates to the Loss Prevention team library.
  • Prepare and deliver continuing legal education presentations for law firm clients and outside organizations.
Qualifications:
  • J.D. and admission to at least one State bar required.
  • 12+ years law firm experience required, with familiarity with law firm risk management, professional liability defense, and professional indemnity insurance desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
