As a **Post Closer** at NVR, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the meticulous review and accuracy of closed loan files within stipulated timelines. Your keen attention to detail and resource management skills will be vital in upholding compliance standards and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess conventional and government signed closing packages for thoroughness
- Collaborate with title companies to secure timely closing packages
- Evaluate files for quality control accuracy and resolve closing conditions
- Engage with various internal teams to adhere to required deadlines
- Inform relevant branches and centralized closing teams of any file deficiencies
- Address inquiries regarding missing documentation
- Facilitate the activation of Mortgage Insurance Certificates
- Familiarity with real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks
