Position Summary:

The Facilities Painter plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our facilities by applying various finishes and ensuring that all spaces are well-prepared and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a variety of finishes to buildings and structures, including primers and sealers.
  • Prepare work areas by cleaning, sanding, plastering, and taping as necessary.
  • Remove old paint coatings when required.
  • Transport materials around the job site as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness by disposing of worksite debris appropriately.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not involve supervisory duties.
