We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmacy practice, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

">Main Accountabilities
  1. Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues by adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting pharmacy operations.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and disposal of medications, supplies, and equipment.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional patient care and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $57.00 - $70.00 per hour, based on experience and location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and development opportunities.
