About the Role: In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities. You will conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment strategies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote independence and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Package: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, including a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
