Job Summary

This is a critical technical role that serves as a bridge between Engineering and Operations, ensuring seamless product transition from development to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee prototype builds and manage the release of products to manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze customer returns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Manage the Failure Analysis Investigation and Reporting (FAIR) process to ensure thorough investigation and resolution of quality problems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams.
  • Establish product test protocols and fixtures to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a database of test equipment and production test fixtures to support efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis on electro-mechanical systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the electronics or electro-mechanical field.
  • Certified IPC Specialist Training Course completion.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing job shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency in soldering and PCB assembly.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with various electrical test equipment and their uses.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
