Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training for assembly processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements, including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Charts, and Process Design Sheets.
- Collaborate with Program Management to create project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify and implement tooling and equipment requirements to support launch needs.
- Investigate and resolve internal and external customer complaints, using NAL's problem-solving methods.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, plus up to 2 years of related manufacturing experience. Experience in a Just In Time (JIT) automotive manufacturing environment is preferred.
