  • Provide technical support and training for assembly processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with Program Management to create project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Identify and implement tooling and equipment requirements to support launch needs.
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external customer complaints, using NAL's problem-solving methods.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, plus up to 2 years of related manufacturing experience. Experience in a Just In Time (JIT) automotive manufacturing environment is preferred.
