Job Summary:

AWP Safety is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Traffic Control Flagger to join our team. As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and vehicles on site.
  • Manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles and other traffic control devices.
  • Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients, including commercial and residential properties.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to advance your skills and knowledge in traffic safety.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
  • Experience driving and navigating through heavy traffic.
  • Pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
