About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Customer Advisor to join our team at Blue Horizon Solutions. As a Commercial Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial customers in their business development by incorporating our financial concept for commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide needs-based, holistic advice to assigned commercial customers to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Establish new business connections and strengthen existing customer relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with specialists from other areas, such as asset management and e-banking, to provide comprehensive customer consultations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Training as a bank clerk or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Further education as a Sparkasse specialist or similar.
  • Business management know-how and experience in supporting and advising commercial customers.
