KRE UP Management LLC seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to manage our accounts receivable, collections, and accounting functions for our student housing community in Lawrence, KS.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Post rental income, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting tasks, including enforcing delinquency policies.
  • Distribute daily activity reports to the Community Manager, detailing any issues that require attention.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Month End reports, reconciling and balancing all accounts receivable.
  • Process deposit accounting refund requests and forward them to the corporate office.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of records and files to identify areas needing administrative action.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquent rent and ensure timely payments from residents.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents regarding their accounts.
  • Utilize Entrata property management software to maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to returned checks, damaged property, and other financial discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as accounting or business administration, with 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and external partners.
