Cypress Cove Center in Muscle Shoals, AL is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes in our center.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to develop and implement clinical programs that align with AlignMed Partners' mission.
- Oversee the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high-quality care and efficient outcomes.
- Partner with the Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve center performance excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with area hospitals and other institutions to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Comply with AlignMed Partners' policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- M.D. or D.O. degree required.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
- Geriatrics specialization desirable.
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA desirable.
- Competitive annual salary of $250,000.
