AlignMed Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attending Physician/Medical Director to join our team at Cypress Cove Center in Muscle Shoals, AL.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven physician leader to oversee the delivery of clinical services and promote the highest levels of clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine or family medicine, with experience in long-term care and a passion for leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and oversee the implementation of clinical programs
- Collaborate with regional management and AlignMed Partners to achieve clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes
- Partner with the Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve the highest levels of Center performance in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with AlignMed Partners policies, procedures, and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to the medical staff and other healthcare professionals
- M.D. or D.O. degree required
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine preferred
- Geriatrics specialization desirable
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA desirable
