The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Riverside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and study coordination. You will work closely with our Site Director and other team members to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple studies simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with investigators, research coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless study execution
  • Develop and implement effective study protocols, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Site Director to develop and implement strategies for study recruitment and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pharmaceutical clients and study participants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, research)
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Nursing license, medical assistant certificate, or similar certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
