Experienced Mixologist

Position Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic drinks in accordance with customer preferences. Key responsibilities include verifying customer identification, preparing beverages, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness of bar tools and glassware, and accurately recording sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

● Your primary focus will be to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service throughout their experience at the bar.

● A comprehensive understanding of the drink menu and liquor offerings is essential, including the ability to articulate details about food and drink selections.

● Efficiently relay orders to the service bar and kitchen using the POS system.

● Maintain a tidy and organized bar area during your shift.

● Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while being attentive to guests' needs.

● Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate change is provided along with a courteous farewell.

● Physical requirements include the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods, with frequent hand immersion in water.

● At the end of the shift, you will be responsible for cleaning and closing down the bar, completing all necessary tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

Minimum - 1 year of bartending experience required.

Preferred - 3+ years of bartending experience.
