Cake Artisan - Create Beautiful Desserts

We are seeking a skilled Cake Artisan to join our team. As a Cake Artisan, you will be responsible for creating beautiful desserts that exceed our customers' expectations. You will be successful in this role if you have a passion for baking and decorating, and are able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Design and create beautiful cakes and pastries for our customers
• Use your artistic skills to create intricate designs and patterns on cakes and pastries
• Work closely with our sales team to understand customer preferences and create customized desserts
• Participate in product development and testing to ensure high-quality desserts are consistently delivered
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cake decorating or related field
• Excellent artistic skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $22.50
