Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Educator to join our team at Lily Pad Learning Center II. As a Preschool Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and instruction to our students. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, and contributing to the overall well-being of our educational community.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs and interests of preschool-aged children
  • Provide high-quality care and instruction to students, promoting their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Contribute to the overall well-being of our educational community through collaborative efforts with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • State certification or license to teach preschool-age children
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience with data-driven instruction and assessment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational software
  • First aid and CPR certification
