We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our small and quickly growing team at EquipmentShare. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a major role in our mission to change the construction industry by establishing sound pipelines and clear table structures for a wide variety of metrics used by both the business analytics and data science / ML engineering parts of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish data pipelines and clear table structures for metrics used by business analytics and data science / ML engineering teams
  • Work closely with the Data Science & Analytics Platform team to enable cutting-edge algorithms, causal inference, and analytics within a fast-moving environment
  • Adhere to industry best practices in terms of data access, security, traceability, etc.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in computer science, machine learning, software engineering, statistics, or a related field. You should have 2+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a data platform engineer, data engineer, ML engineer, analytics engineer, or a closely related role. You should also have experience with data modeling, specifically the creation of dimensional models and fact tables.
