Location: North Dallas, TX

Role Summary: We are in search of a proactive Leasing Consultant to showcase and lease our properties to interested parties. Your primary objective will be to engage potential tenants, convert them into residents, and maintain optimal occupancy levels. Key tasks include:

  • Building strong relationships with residents while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Conducting property tours for prospective tenants
  • Following up daily with interested applicants
  • Preparing leasing documents and processing necessary payments

Qualifications: Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a leasing role
  • Familiarity with property management software, specifically Onesite
