We are seeking a highly skilled RN Fellow to join our Emergency Unit team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency unit environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
- National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
