Inventory Control Specialist

This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels across various materials, from raw ingredients to finished products.

  • Mastering Inventory Management: You'll utilize advanced ERP systems to manage all aspects of inbound and outbound inventory operations, including purchase orders, recycling processes, and material transfers.
  • Data Integrity is Key: Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of inventory records through daily audits, cycle counts, and year-end physical inventories. You'll investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You'll work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless material flow and efficient inventory management.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: We encourage continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and implement solutions that enhance our inventory control processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
