Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Coordinate transplant care, including pre-transplant evaluation, transplant surgery, and post-transplant recovery
  • Collaborate with transplant teams, including liver, kidney, and pancreas specialists
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest transplant procedures and technologies
