Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (digital, social media, email, and influencer marketing) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels to expand Laduora's market reach.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of influencers and work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, MUST in the BEAUTY OR BEAUTY TECH industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand-building strategies.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
