Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit CDL A Operator to join our team at MPW Industrial Services. As a CDL A Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment and tools in various customer work sites to provide industrial and environmental cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MPW vehicle (car or van) and set up jobsites, including water blast hose and vacuum hose.
  • Use equipment such as water blast gun, water lance, dry vacuum hose, and wet vacuum hose.
  • Clean equipment prior to return to MPW branch location and adhere to MPW Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks and perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with specialization in industrial or vocational trades preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License with CDL - Class A, and be within current limits for MPW Driver Points.
  • Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment and experience performing manual labor in an outside setting.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with tools or heavy equipment.
Working Conditions

The CDL A Operator will work in a variety of customer work sites, including industrial and environmental settings. The position requires the ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor, maintain alertness and acuity, and wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.

The CDL A Operator may be required to travel to various states for days or weeks and work daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
