Production Fabrication Specialist

As a Production Fabrication Specialist at Demkota Ranch Beef, you will be responsible for a combination of processes to remove bones and cut meat into specified standards for distribution to customers. This will involve using knives, saws, air knives, scales, and other machinery in a cold or hot environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of specialized tasks, including compliance with all food safety policies and regulations, adherence to safety and housekeeping processes, and physical tasks requiring upper body strength and constant repetitive movements. You will also be required to stand on hard surfaces for the entire shift, use stairs and personal protection equipment, and lift up to 50lbs frequently.
Work Environment:
The work environment will include wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area. You will be required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear frequently.
This job requires the ability to work at a fast pace, report to work area on time, and have excellent attendance. You will also be required to communicate with co-workers and management. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
