This position is integral to the Mission Support Directorate, focusing on the acquisition of Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) technologies essential for effective cargo and conveyance inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized knowledge throughout the entire acquisition lifecycle, from initial planning stages to the finalization of contracts.
  • Oversee pre-award processes, which include conducting site evaluations, performing market analysis, and formulating strategic acquisition plans.
  • Draft and assess critical acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support the administration and implementation of contracts effectively.
  • Coordinate acquisition activities related to communication, networking, and information technology initiatives within the Non-Intrusive Inspection Division.
  • Convert operational requirements into precise contractual language.
  • Evaluate and provide insights on the generation of requirements.
  • Engage in documentation management and program analysis across various disciplines.
