**Job Summary**
Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician to join our esteemed medical institution in Corvallis, OR. As a core faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of family medicine by providing exceptional clinical care, teaching, and research opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality patient care, allocating 60% of your time to residency core faculty duties and 12 hours per week to patient scheduled practice.
- Supervise residents in the clinical setting, ensuring they meet accreditation standards and are eligible for board certification.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement curriculum, didactics, and educational sessions.
- Facilitate educational conferences, engaging with other faculty members, community faculty, and specialty faculty as needed.
- Engage in scholarly activities, promoting inquiry and advancing the discipline of family medicine.
- Participate in Faculty Development programs, enhancing your effectiveness in teaching, administration, leadership, scholarship, clinical, and behavioral components.
**Requirements**
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician.
- Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing team-oriented care.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
