BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill an ongoing position.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. With a focus on delivering exceptional medical care and promoting independence, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Perform home visits to provide direct care and support to clients, including administration of medication, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between providers
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and shared goals
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN, with preference given to those with previous home health care experience
