Job Overview

This role is responsible for performing simple production assembly with repetitive and non-repetitive production operations on structural and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies based on engineering installation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies with high precision and accuracy
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate assembly
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
