Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable:
    Manage vendor invoice processing, payment management including checks and online transactions, and maintain documentation for quarterly payments.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    Generate invoices for internal and external contracts, ensure accuracy in ledger coding, and manage credit card processing.
  • Company Credit Cards:
    Oversee issuance and termination of company credit cards, provide training for cardholders, and review expenses for accuracy.
  • Month-End and Year-End Processes:
    Conduct bank reconciliations, prepare monthly financial entries, and assist with year-end entries.
  • Payroll and Benefits:
    Manage payroll deductions, reporting, and billing, and administer benefits accurately.
  • Consulting Billing:
    Handle adjustments and billing for consulting services and review contracts for accurate billing.
  • Taxes:
    Coordinate with external firms for tax filings and ensure compliance.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning:
    Develop annual budgets, monitor expenses, and report variances.
  • Audits and Compliance:
    Prepare for audits, manage documentation, and establish internal controls.
  • Financial Statements and Reporting:
    Create financial templates, manage cash flow forecasting, and prepare financial reports.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
    Develop and maintain SOPs for operational consistency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
