Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Living Spaces product range and services.
- Execute the Guest Engagement Model to create a personalized experience for each guest.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to guests.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer-centricity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of retail experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems and processes.
