Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Sous Chef to join our team at the Delta One Luxury Lounge in Queens, NY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating world-class culinary experiences and working closely with our team to determine daily menus and specialty dishes.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene while preparing sushi.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop new sushi creations that showcase your skills and creativity.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts.
