We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Specialist to join our team at Denali Family Services. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect clinical services to Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and their families.
- Complete initial and annual comprehensive mental health assessments following agency guidelines.
- Develop service plans through team collaboration that clearly define consumer goals, interventions, service outcomes, safety plans, visitation plans, and discharge plans quarterly following agency guidelines.
- Provide clinical and rehabilitative services to individuals, families, and groups in the clinic, in consumer homes, and in the community.
- Actively provide clinical leadership of treatment team meetings and lead clinical oversight of the team.
- A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, psychology, or a closely related field.
- At least two years of professional experience in family and children's services.
- Pursuing licensure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, sound clinical and therapeutic skills, and the ability to accurately document events.
- Ability to maintain positive professional working relationships and to work effectively within a team environment.
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
