Job Title: Program Manager

DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in a hybrid environment in our Lanham, MD location.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in program and project integration, process improvement, and ensuring adherence to established standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the impacts of the Integrated IMF Modernization system and its components, alongside the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage program and project integration efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support various program and project activities through technical analyses and reviews.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Analyze and understand the impacts of the Integrated IMF Modernization system, its components, and associated projects.
  • Gather and compile relevant data into presentations and other artifacts for stakeholder review.
  • Provide program integration support, including interfacing with and supporting Delivery Partners.
  • Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in leading federal contracts, with at least 5 years specifically related to federal systems modernization.
  • Proven experience leading programs of similar scope, size, and complexity as the IMF Mod Portfolio Program.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with federal contracting processes and compliance requirements.
