Position Overview

The Financial Operations Associate role is essential in assisting with various accounting tasks within GEM Supply Company. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and posting customer payments
  • Managing accounts payable invoices
  • Conducting audits on commission structures
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Creating and managing journal entries
  • Assisting with monthly financial closings
  • Performing additional tasks as required

This position will also involve some support functions related to Human Resources, along with filing and document management duties.
