Job Overview

A+ Consulting is seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric collections. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in phlebotomy
