Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at Spectraforce Technologies. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection.
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing by labeling and packaging them correctly.
• Ensure that all blood samples are handled and stored properly to maintain their integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• At least three years of experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
