Job Summary

L.I.F.E. Inc is a leading provider of personalized care and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our Community Living Support Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals develop key life skills and become integrated into their communities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day living support and guidance to our clients, as well as assisting them with activities in the community and in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with life skills in their homes
  • Provide day-to-day living support and guidance
  • Support individuals with activities in the community and in the home environment
  • Transport individuals to appointments and outings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years or older
  • 1-year experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals
  • Medication Technician Certified or able to obtain within first 90 days of employment
