Job Summary:

At LifeBridge Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Ambulatory Services department. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, you will provide administrative, direct patient care, and clinical support to ensure the highest quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take adult and pediatric basic vital signs, including height and weight, blood pressure, visual acuity, color vision, and draw blood accurately.
  • Document information in the electronic health record.
  • Routinely interact with administrative, medical staff, other departmental staff, and patients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current/valid Maryland Certified or Registered Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills, to include verbal and written communications, interpersonal relations aptitude, and a professional approach to the execution of all assignments.
