**Job Summary**

The Residential Care Provider at GeorgiaGov is responsible for monitoring resident activity and reporting behavior/progress of individuals with severe developmental disabilities. This role involves providing individualized skills training according to residents' needs and assisting with daily living activities in a residential or non-residential setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor resident activity and report behavior/progress to supervisors
  • Provide individualized skills training to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities in a residential or non-residential setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Any combination of training and experience that would enable the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Valid driver's license (may be required for some positions)
