About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Specialist to join our team at Shellback Semiconductor Technology. As a key member of our global field service team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our customers on-site at their facilities. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our semiconductor equipment platforms, including TEL ACT and MARK systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and setup of Shellback's equipment at the customer site
  • Ensuring the proper utilization of Shellback's products
  • Minimizing tool downtime
  • Troubleshooting problems at the system level
  • Performing upgrades and managing retrofit plans
  • Managing and executing service contracts
  • Optimizing performance of Shellback's products at the customer site

Requirements:
  • 2-year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field
  • Extensive industry experience with semiconductor equipment platforms
  • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
