Job Description

CoStar Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing relationships with our CRE Lender clients and prospects, driving sales of our SaaS and data services, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial real estate lending sector.
  • Drive sales of our SaaS and data services, as well as information services tailored to financial institutions.
  • Travel to client and prospect sites within your regional territory to foster strong partnerships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a track record of success in sales roles selling SaaS and/or Data solutions to banks and financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations on a regular basis.
  • Candidates must be experienced with sales processes, comfortable with diagnostic selling, and committed to delivering solutions to our clients and prospects.
  • Candidates must be proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry selling to owners, investors, brokers.
  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Superior customer service and account management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.
